STEM Minds is excited to offer special programs for our youth 14+ in High School. We are enhancing our offerings for youth 14+ by offering curated programs and self directed online courses that will make learning fun! As they get ready for higher education or next phase of their life, we want to prepare them as much as we can and set them up for success. Our partnership with Ontario Virtual School (OVS) offers a unique opportunity to take specific accredited High School Courses while building critical skills for the jobs of tomorrow.  As quoted by OVS, “Youth can take individual courses even if they are in day-school, upgrade past courses in as little as 4 week with a 98% Post Secondary Acceptance rate. Ranked #1 Online School in Canada.”  This will open many doorways for our youth.

The Reach Ahead Program: Ontario Virtual School is a Ministry-inspected private school offering high school credits in a fully online format. They  are authorized “Reach Ahead” school, which means that we allow students currently in their Grade 8 year to “reach ahead” by taking up to three Grade 9 credits – with permission from their day school. These programs are available for families of STEM Minds.
