STEM Minds is pleased to have been part of Town of Aurora’s Multicultural Festival, celebrating diversity and sense of community and neighborhood, in September 2022.
At STEM Minds, our mission is to promote equity and equality in the field of science, technology, engineering, and math, which is why participating in the event had great importance for us. The array of different fun, educational and exciting STEM activities our team displayed at the festival caught the eyes of many community members.
Children had a chance to experiment with our robots, make their own electric circuits, play games on iPads! Throughout the event, we were able to meet and interact with many families to promote STEM learning, while also celebrating the incredible diversity of our community.
