  1. Tell me more about getting to camp on the first day.

    Parents are required to drop their campers at the location they have registered. Our drop-off time is 9am daily with pick-up at 4pm at a designated area of the location. With advanced notice we can offer your child(ren) before and after camp care starting at 8:00am and ending at 5:30PM.

  2. When I register, how much is the deposit to hold my child’s spot?

    A $100 deposit is required for every 1 week session a child is registered.

  3. Are there additional fees?

    We have tried to make our fees as inclusive as possible. Your child will be receiving the following:

    • A STEM MINDS T-Shirt
    • License to use the software at home and continue with their learning experience
    • Daily snacks and drinks at morning and afternoon recess
    • A camp photo for each registered session

    We offer some optional services below, each for a nominal fee (please contact us for pricing):

    • Lunch Program
    • Early Morning Supervision from 8:00-9:00
    • After Camp Supervision from 4:00-5:30
    • Purchase of Robotic kits and software

  4. Can I change my child’s registration to another session?

    Yes! As long as there is space in the program desired we are happy to make the change.

  5. What if I reduce or cancel my child’s registration at STEM MINDS?

    You may choose to reduce your child’s registration at any time if they are enrolled in a week or multiple week programs. Up until January 31st you will receive a full refund on camp fees. Cancellation or reduction at any other time is subject to the following fees:

    February / March
    • 50% deposit cancellation fee
    • 50$ / session per child reduction in session fee
    April / May
    • 100% deposit cancellation fee
    • $100/session per child
    June
    • 50% entire fee is the cancellation fee
    • $250/session per child
    July / August
    • No refund upon cancellation
    • $450 / session per child

    Days missed for any reason cannot be refunded; however, in case of illness of 2 consecutive weeks or more, a written request accompanied by a Doctor certificate is required for refund. In this latter situation, a 50% refund will be made. All refunds will be made after September 30.

  6. How do I extend my child’s registration at camp?

    You may add additional weeks to your camper’s registration at any time as long as there is space available.

        11:30-12:00 Unplug Activity

        12:00-1:00 Lunch
