Creative Corner (Tech and Unplugged)
Even in the final week of camp, our campers continued to explore STEM not only using technology but also by engaging in the fabulous unplugged activities. This allowed for rich hands-on experiences and an opportunity to learn in a fun and creative way. This week some of the STEM activities were:
- Card reader/3-Try Game
- Crystal Marbles
- Chemistry Chemical Reactions
- Magnetic Wobbler
- Clowning Around
- Rubber Band Car
- 3D printing
- Game Design
- Robotics
- Arduino Programming and Circuits
Camp Ilan
This summer STEM MINDS had the opportunity to visit another camp; Camp Ilan and deliver fun and educational STEM based learning to their campers. The engagement and smiles from all certainly told us they had fun!

From the Team
It’s hard to believe, but the time for our final newsletter of the year has arrived. We want to extend a HUGE thank-you to all who helped to support our camp and make this such a wonderful experience for all. This would not have been possible without you! We hope that all our campers and families have a restful, relaxing and rewarding last few weeks of summer. We look forward to continuing our relationship throughout the year. We wish you nothing but success and happiness this coming year.
